Daniel Wellington

Hey guys,

sorry that I haven’t wrote a blogpost for nearly a month. I had to write my final exams. But now I am finally done. So it is time to tell you about my collaboration with the swedish label Daniel Wellington. I think you all heard about this label or have seen one of their watches.

The label has a very interesting story, how to find its name. The founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The man had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. His name? Daniel Wellington! After returning from his trip, Filip sat down and started looking at different combination he liked himself. It was important that he loved the watch personally, or he knew that he could never sell it and be proud of it. Today they still believe that the traditional, yet crisp design blends together perfectly with the colourful NATO strap and elegant leather strap who will appeal to almost everyone with a sense for classic and timeless design.

They send me their Classic Sheffield 40mm and I was really impressed by this watch. This classic dial with the rosé gold frame fits well with the classic black leather strap or the blue and withe nato strap. The Straps are interchangeable, so you can have a different watch for every day of the week. So it is easy to combine this watch with different kind of styles.

I combine it with a classy withe shirt and a black jeans for the office oder with a simple white basic shirt and jeans shorts for the summer. The watch is a perfect eye-catcher for every outfit, so I wear them almost every day.
